It is not legal advice and it is not a decision on your application: only the school governing body (or, on appeal, the provincial Head of Department) decides. KayaFees is not a government website and is not connected to the Department of Basic Education, any provincial education department or any school. We take our rules from the South African Schools Act and the regulations and notices in the Government Gazette and test our calculations, but rules can change. Results are estimates based on what you enter: the governing body decides using the documents you provide, and the regulations do not say exactly how to round the formula result.
